Principal Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory or channels (retail, wholesale, HORECA).

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.

· Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits, product education, and support.

· Promote and sell the company’s beverage products

· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.

· Execute marketing and promotional campaigns at the ground level.

· Ensure timely delivery and proper merchandising of products at point-of-sale.

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers as per company guidelines.

· Submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments.

· Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

· Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.

· Proficient in MS Office and sales software (e.g., CRM systems).

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
