1. Sales and Business Development
- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical and healthcare product range to retail pharmacies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and tenders to convert them into sales.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, purchasing officers, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely support to all accounts.
- Regularly visit customers to ensure satisfaction and gather market feedback.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in coordination with internal teams.
3. Product Promotion and Market Awareness
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities as directed by the management.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team for strategic improvements.
4. Order Management and Coordination
- Collect and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
- Maintain proper documentation for orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
5. Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports, customer visit logs, and market activity updates.
- Track sales performance against targets and take corrective action when necessary.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and team reviews.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and retail market dynamics.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Qualifications (Typical Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or drug store sales (UAE experience preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical market regulations is an advantage.
