Job purpose

Main job responsibilities are on time Payment collection, Order processing, ensure deliveries, Sales returns & warranty handling would be primarily responsible for facilitating customer needs and requests in a way that is informative, productive and efficient.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Automotive Spare Parts, Battery, Lubricants Sales, on time Payment collection, Order processing, ensure deliveries, Sales returns & warranty handling would be primarily responsible for facilitating customer needs and requests in a way that is informative, productive and efficient.
  • Utilizing their knowledge of the parts, Batteries & Lubricants, they can greet customers, help them locate the parts, Batteries & Lubricants requirements and educate them full process of Ordering etc.
  • Create and develop a new customer base in allotted territory dealers like Workshops, Service Centers, rent-a cars, Car Washing Stations, Taxi Fleet, Govt Sectors, Garages mainly B2B sales only.
  • Alignment to the market guidelines, pricing strategies, operating budget, and brand strategies are core competencies to success in this role.
  • Works with Sales Director/Sales Manager, as well as assigning customers to make decisions resulting in our growing business.
  • Understands market perspective and aligns same with perspective via information gathering, mapping out of account strategy and developing the appropriate action plans to improve business results per category and per brand for assigned customers.
  • Conducts and leads negotiations for the annual business development agreements.
  • Enhance & increase the customer base; share of wallet per customer as well as increase sales to achieve sales targets fixed every month.
  • Monitoring all customers related activities like financials; logistics, technical.
  • On time; in full delivery of reports.
  • The employee is obliged to perform other tasks/duties commissioned by the superior, regarding work.
  • Keep informing New Products/ Part numbers needed as per the product lines in allotted area.
  • Credit Policy strictly followed and ensure payment collections from all the dealers on time.
  • Builds and manage top to top positive business relationship with customers created/ assigned.
  • Handling Warranty/ Returns on time with customers.
  • Marketing activities, Sales promotions actively participate and inform all clients about benefits.
  • Performs detailed analysis of trendx and progress of brand shares, sales category, promotion evaluation and volume performance per outlet and customers assigned.
  • Monitoring & report back on competitors' activities, prices, market shares on a weekly basis.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong knowledge of automotive Spare Parts, Battery & Lubricants sales is required.
  • Proven working Sales experience in Automotive aftermarket Spare Parts, Battery & Lubricants in Abu Dhabi market is required
  • English language skills in verbal and written communication.
  • Familiarity with ERP - SAP and Microsoft Office:Excel.
  • Driving License is must.
