Female Sales Executive Junior – Night Shift (US Campaign)

About Us:

Techccine is a rapidly growing outsourcing company providing digital and customer service solutions to clients worldwide. We are expanding our team and looking for a female Sales Executive experienced in call center communication, design service sales, and US-based client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients.
• Promote and sell design, web, and digital marketing services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain sales reports and client records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a call center or sales role (US campaign preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Experience in selling design or digital services is a strong plus.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven individual.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Salary & Benefits:

• PKR 30,000 – 50,000 (based on experience & performance)

Job Timings:

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (US Time Zone)
