Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Product Listing
- Identify and approach modern trade chains, supermarkets, and key accounts to secure new product listings.
- Coordinate with buyers and category managers to ensure timely listing and planogram compliance.
- Negotiate shelf space, visibility, and promotional agreements to maximize brand exposure.
- Maintain product availability and visibility in assigned outlets.
2. Distributor Appointment & Management
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint suitable distributors in assigned territories.
- Set clear sales targets, pricing structures, and distribution strategies with appointed distributors.
- Regularly monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and market coverage.
- Conduct joint market visits with distributors to ensure proper market execution.
3. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
- Develop and execute sales plans to expand market share in both modern and general trade.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure collections and credit control in line with company policy.
4. Merchandising & Visibility
- Ensure planogram compliance, shelf share, and product rotation at store level.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for in-store promotions, product sampling, and POS materials.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and availability.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain updated records of sales performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for smooth delivery and replenishment.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
