Job Purpose

To identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting Quola-Egy’s services and solutions in logistics, shipping, and related fields. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and market awareness skills.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase company revenue.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals based on client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals successfully.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

B. Sales Presentations & Negotiations

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle client complaints or service issues professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with operations, pricing, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer support.

C. Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide management with sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and feedback on market opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas for new business strategies and promotional activities.

D. Coordination

  • Work closely with the Operations and Pricing departments to ensure accurate quotations and timely service execution.
  • Cooperate with Finance to follow up on client payments and credit limits.

5. Achieving Sales Targets

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.
  • Monitor competitor activities, rates, and market trends.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in logistics, shipping, or trading companies).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English
