We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automotive showroom team. This role is responsible for promoting and selling new vehicle models while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable vehicle options.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance to customers.
- Promote Ali & Sons services, including registration, insurance, and after-sales support.
- Suggest optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets set by senior management.
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations, financing options, and discount offers.
- Advise customers on availability and delivery timelines for new car models.
- Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle delivery, registration, and insurance.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Languages: Fluency in English (essential); Arabic preferred.
- Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Other: Computer literate, with knowledge of telephone and basic office systems.
