We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales or business development
- Freshers are welcome
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Driving License is mandatory
