Polyglot Institute, established in 1975, is one of the oldest and largest general training institutes in the region. Based in Oman, with multiple locations in Muscat and other governorates, the institute has achieved its goal of international expansion. It offers diverse training programs, including languages, teacher training, IT, engineering, university studies, and professional development. Polyglot Institute is an approved center for the Cambridge CELTA course and serves as an official test venue for IELTS and OET examinations.


Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing customer support to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include preparing sales reports, tracking market trends, and contributing to marketing campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client relationship management and customer service skills to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Market research and analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the training and education industry is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; multilingual abilities, especially in Arabic, are a plus.
