Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new customers through market visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Promote and sell company products/services to retail, wholesale, or corporate clients as assigned.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and LPOs.
  • Negotiate prices and commercial terms within approved limits.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and ensure proper after-sales follow-up.
  • Address customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Share market intelligence and sales feedback with the management team.
  • Suggest strategies to improve sales performance and customer reach.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit reports.
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, and Operations for order processing and delivery.
