Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers through market visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Promote and sell company products/services to retail, wholesale, or corporate clients as assigned.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and LPOs.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms within approved limits.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and ensure proper after-sales follow-up.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Share market intelligence and sales feedback with the management team.
- Suggest strategies to improve sales performance and customer reach.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, and Operations for order processing and delivery.
