Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities and drive growth for our consulting services. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and presenting tailored consulting solutions. You will act as the key link between prospective clients and our team of consultants, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to a signed partnership.

Salary: 3000-4000 AED + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach
• Consult with prospective clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and strategic goals
• Present and pitch the firm’s consulting services, demonstrating clear value and return on investment
• Prepare and manage business proposals, service agreements, and project contracts
• Liaise with internal consulting teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and initial discovery to contract signing
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines in the CRM system
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus depending on the market)
• Proven interest or experience in sales, business development, or professional services
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on hitting targets and driving revenue
• Ability to explain complex services in a simple, persuasive, and professional manner
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
