We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for Perfect Blend Café and Perfect Roses, while also supporting upcoming event-related business opportunities. The ideal candidate will focus on customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Perfect Blend and Perfect Roses
  • Promote café services, floral products, and upcoming event solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and event clients
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support sales initiatives for the upcoming events division
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (F&B, floral, or events industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and target-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
  • Knowledge of the local market and client base is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM tools preferred)
  • Valid driving license preferred
