Job Purpose:
To achieve dealership sales targets by promoting Toyota vehicles and delivering an exceptional customer buying experience. The Sales Executive is responsible for managing the entire sales process — from prospecting and vehicle presentation to deal finalization and after-sales follow-up — while upholding Toyota’s core values of Quality, Respect for People, and Customer First.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, corporate visits, and digital platforms.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Toyota product range, variants, features, pricing, and financing options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Promote Toyota’s financial services, Vehicle registration, insurance products,mandatory sale of TPP(Toyota Protection Plan) and value-added packages, PPF.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to ensure lead conversion.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate, fleet, and individual clients to enhance loyalty.
- Ensure timely customer communication regarding delivery status, documentation, and handover.
- Maintain a positive brand image and represent Toyota professionalism in all interactions.
3. Sales Process & Documentation
- Complete customer data entry and booking forms accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Registration, and Delivery departments to ensure smooth sales execution.
- Verify all customer documents (CNIC, payment proofs, tax certificates, etc.) before invoicing.
- Ensure delivery checklists, warranty cards, and handover documents are properly completed.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, demands, and market opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports for review by the Sales Manager.
5. Customer Delivery & After-Sales Coordination
- Ensure customer satisfaction during vehicle delivery through proper explanation of features and functions.
- Coordinate with the Customer Relations Department for delivery feedback and follow-up.
- Support after-sales departments in maintaining customer loyalty and repeat business through excellent service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly / quarterly sales target achievement
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Lead-to-sale conversion ratio
- Repeat purchase / referral ratio
- Vehicle delivery time compliance
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience (preferably automotive / 3S dealership).
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

- Knowledge: Familiarity with Toyota vehicle lineup, financing, and leasing options preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position at Toyota Point Motors – Hyderabad
- 6-day working week (as per dealership policy)
- May require extended hours or weekend duty during campaigns or delivery events
