Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Medical Devices

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a DRAP-regulated medical device company, for the position of Area Sales Manager (ASM) in Hyderabad. Candidates with experience as medical representatives or in healthcare/medical device sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage medical device sales in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors
• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
• Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
