Role Purpose

As a Retail Sales Associate at CASA PONS, you will be the face of our brand in-store. You will welcome and engage customers, understand their needs, present product options, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll also support store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and ensuring the store environment aligns with Casa Pons’s aesthetic and brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
• Handling points of sale (POS) transactions with accuracy.
• Upselling, cross-selling, and creating product bundles or add-ons.
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Building relationships with clients and following up on potential leads.
• Handling customer queries, returns, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally.
• Understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and recommending items.
• Assisting with stock management: receiving shipments, inventory counts, and restocking.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards — arranging displays, ensuring stock is well presented.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency with computers / POS systems.
• A customer-first mindset — patient, empathetic, proactive.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience in the UAE (experience with chocolates, nuts, perfumes, or spices preferred).
