Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to expand our client base, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth within the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and manage existing client accounts in freight logistics.
  • Prepare and present freight quotes/RFPs, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with operations for shipment planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Use CRM and tracking tools to monitor leads and pipeline.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics/freight forwarding or related sales role.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
