  • Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory
  • Visit dealers, contractors, builders, and projects regularly
  • Generate new leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and customer requirements
  • Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management
  • Ensure timely recovery of payments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Intermediate may be considered)
  • 2–4 years of sales experience (aluminium, glass, construction, or building materials preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset
  • Must have own bike (fuel allowance as per company policy)
  • Familiar with local market and territory
