We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to accelerate revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and solution-based selling. The role is accountable for driving the end-to-end sales cycle, strengthening the pipeline, and expanding market footprint across target industry segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development across assigned B2B segments through proactive prospecting and outreach.
Build, qualify, and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and commercial negotiations with decision-makers.
Execute consultative selling by mapping client needs to value-driven solutions.
Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to refine go-to-market strategy.
Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales.Experience managing medium to long sales cycles.S
trong B2B sales acumen with a hunter mindset.
High-impact communication and executive-level presentation skills.
Negotiation and closing expertise.

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Type: On-site
Salary: PKR 50,000 to 70,000 + High Commissions in USD
Timings: 12 PM to 8 PM
Working Days: Mon to Sat
