About the Role

We are seeking ambitious and self-driven Real Estate Developer Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for developer real estate, a talent for building and maintaining relationships, and a high level of motivation to succeed in a competitive market. Confidence and professionalism are essential attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads by reaching out to potential clients through phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and various digital platforms.
  • Conduct property viewings and deliver engaging presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits of properties.
  • Negotiate deals and drive the process to successfully close transactions, ensuring both client satisfaction and company targets are met.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of clients to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about the latest market trends, ongoing projects, and developer activities to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain detailed and organised CRM records, ensuring all client interactions and follow-ups are handled in a professional manner.
  • Represent the company at property launches and industry events, acting as an ambassador to promote our brand and offerings.

· Prepared and presented sales offers to clients.

· Managed the marketing and sales of residential units.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working as a real estate developer sales executive in Dubai is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) rules and regulations is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and key developers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Professional, presentable, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Holding a RERA certification is an advantage, or a willingness to obtain it if not already certified.
