Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, target-driven, and eager to grow within a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients
• Present, promote, and explain company services effectively
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle objections professionally and close sales successfully
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the system
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken)
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; prior call center or sales experience
