Job Summary

We are looking for result-driven and energetic Sales Executives to expand our footprint in Karachi and Multan. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing dealer relationships, and promoting our high-performance EV controllers, motors, and retrofit conversion kits to wholesalers and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new dealers, wholesalers, and spare part retailers in the designated territory (Karachi or Multan).
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide technical guidance on our product range (6T to 24T Controllers, Stators, Rotors, etc.).
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for conversion kits (Gasoline to Electric) and raw materials.
• Field Visits: Conduct daily market visits to workshops, auto markets, and corporate clients to demonstrate product benefits.
• Reporting: Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to the Lahore Head Office.
• Payment Collection: Ensure timely recovery of payments and manage sales documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales (experience in Auto Parts, EV, Solar, or Electronics is a huge plus).
• Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local markets (e.g., Akbar Road in Karachi or Auto Plaza/Dera Adda in Multan).
• Communication: Fluent in Urdu and the local regional language; basic English for reporting.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, "cold calling," and relationship-building skills.
• Mobility: Must have your own conveyance (Motorbike) for market visits.
