Location: Middle East (Primary focus: Egypt, Jordan, Iran other Middle East markets)
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in Solar Sales
Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across Middle East markets

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in solar sales, specifically with exposure to the Syria market. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business across Syria, Iran, and other Middle East regions, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand solar product sales across Syria, Iran, and Middle East markets.

  • Identify new business opportunities, distributors, EPC partners, and dealers.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with installers, traders, EPC companies, and developers.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.

  • Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, and networking events.

  • Travel extensively to develop business and maintain customer relationships.



Candidate Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Solar Sales, preferably in Syria market.

  • Strong understanding of solar products: panels, inverters, batteries, BOS, and solar systems.

  • Experience handling Middle East markets (Syria, Iran, GCC, etc.) is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

  • Strong network of distributors, dealers, EPC companies, or traders preferred.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

  • Knowledge of import/export, logistics, and cross-border trading is an added advantage.

  • Multilingual skills (Arabic / English) preferred.
