Job Description: Sales Executive – Home Automation
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing home automation team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical understanding with exceptional communication and sales skills. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our smart home and automation solutions across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the home automation sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients including contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and property developers.
- Present and promote smart home solutions, demonstrating product features and system capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in home automation.
Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the building materials, construction, or related technical industries.
- Engineering background (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

- Familiarity with smart home systems, IoT devices, or automation technologies.
- Existing network within the construction, MEP, or interior design sectors.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
