Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities and new markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities, results, and challenges.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 6 months or above in business development, outdoor sales, or a related role.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • A person should have his own conveyance.
