We are seeking a motivated Business Renewal & Client Relationship Executive to manage client renewals, strengthen customer relationships, and support cross-selling opportunities, particularly in Middle East markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT sales processes and sales cycles, excellent professional English communication skills, and the ability to maintain consistent reporting and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track client contract renewals to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and support cross-selling and upselling opportunities for IT products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, and management) to support customer requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with Middle East clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve client retention and account growth.
- Respond to client inquiries and coordinate solutions in a timely manner.
- Be available for after-hours coordination when required, especially due to time zone differences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success (preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT sales cycle, renewals, and account management.
- Excellent professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to build strong client relationships and trust.
- Good reporting, documentation, and CRM management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
