Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, interior décor, or glass products. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and develop new clients and business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Present and demonstrate Joseph Decorative Glass products to clients, providing expert guidance on solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports in line with company procedures.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery and project completion.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, interior décor, or glass industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
