Sales Executive

Flensburg Oil and Gas Management is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support the promotion and sale of Biofuel products across the UAE market. The role involves active field sales, client relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities within sectors that utilise diesel such as transport, logistics, construction, marine, and industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Biofuel Plus biodiesel products to commercial and industrial clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors such as transport companies, fleet operators, workshops, marine operators, construction companies, and diesel-consuming industries
  • Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and leads to ensure successful conversion into sales
  • Maintain records of client visits, sales activities, and market feedback
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the fuel and energy sector
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support the company’s overall business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Valid UAE driving licence
  • Must have own bike for daily field sales and client visits
  • Good English communication skills
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in fuel, lubricants, automotive, or related industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities efficiently
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
