Sales Executive – Minimally Invasive Surgery

Territory: California

We are partnering with a fast-paced medical technology start-up to support the expansion of its innovative portfolio across the United States.

This field-based role is focused on driving adoption of advanced surgical technologies within urology and general surgery . You will work closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and ambulatory surgical centers to support the use of minimally invasive surgical solutions across procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales of minimally invasive surgical devices and procedure-specific instruments across California
• Provide inprocedure clinical support to surgeons and OR staff to ensure safe and effective product utilization
• Deliver structured product demonstrations, hands-on training, and ongoing clinical education to physicians and surgical teams
• Lead new account onboarding, product evaluations, and conversions within hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers
• Serve as a technical resource on product setup, troubleshooting, and best-practice usage within surgical environments
• Partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, and clinical teams to drive market adoption and customer satisfaction
• Represent the company at regional training programs, surgical workshops, and relevant medical congresses
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity updates, and customer feedback reports
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards across all customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of medical device sales or OR-based clinical support experience
• Experience selling into urology, general surgery, or minimally invasive surgical environments strongly preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support surgical technologies in live procedure settings
• Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills with surgeons and operating room teams
• Based in California , with willingness to travel extensively across the territory
• Prior experience in urology, laparoscopy, endoscopy, or surgical energy devices would be highly advantageous.
