Job Title: Sales Executive

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, cultivating strong relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and promote company products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and timely delivery of products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, providing insights into sales performance and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the oil field trading industry.
  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector, including knowledge of industry trends, products, and key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD200.000 - BD500.000 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Logistics: 5 years (Preferred)
