Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position (Night Shift) located in Rawalpindi, Bahria Town Phase 4, for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will involve identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to provide tailored solutions. This role requires industry knowledge, excellent communication, and a results-driven approach to sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM management, deal negotiation, and contract finalization
• Analytical mindset with expertise in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a results-oriented environment
• Familiarity with the IT solutions, software development, or digital marketing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Experience in managing local and international clients is a plus
