Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an on-site role where the individual will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting property options, and negotiating contracts. Key tasks include managing relationships with landlords and tenants, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties and identify new opportunities in the real estate market.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Property Management, and handling real estate transactions
  • Strong Communication and Networking abilities
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Doha, Qatar is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Valid Qatar residency and driver’s license
