Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Contact potential customers via calls, emails, or meetings
• Present and promote products/services to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
• Negotiate contracts and close deals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in your specific industry (e.g., real estate, retail, etc.)
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
