Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to help drive client acquisition and revenue growth while keeping our company competitive and innovative. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of sales experience, a proven track record in managing key accounts, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to overall sales strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the strategic goals of the sales department. You will work closely with management to present sales plans, forecasts, and initiatives that contribute to the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with accurate forecasts to management.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the client base and strengthen market presence.

Team Collaboration & Planning

  • Participate in setting sales objectives and targets aligned with company goals.
  • Support coaching and performance tracking of sales team members when required.
  • Monitor emerging markets and competitive trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
