Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Wooden Doors Sales Representative to promote and sell a wide range of wooden door products. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, an established client network, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the construction or interior design sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in residential and commercial projects
• Promote and sell wooden doors, frames, and related products
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in wooden doors, joinery, or building materials
• Strong knowledge of different types of wooden doors (solid wood, engineered, fire-rated, etc.)
• Existing network within construction, real estate, or interior design industries is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driving license (if required for the role)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in UAE/GCC market is a plus
• Technical understanding of door specifications and installation processes
