Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role focuses on driving sales activities within the livestock and agriculture sector, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the livestock and agriculture sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, farmers, and key accounts.
  • Promote and sell livestock and agricultural products in line with market demand and company objectives.
  • Conduct regular field visits to farms, markets, and clients to generate leads and close deals.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely response and support.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients professionally.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
  • Contribute to achieving overall business growth and revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the livestock and agriculture sector.
  • Strong understanding of livestock and agricultural trading, supply chain, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Strong business acumen and market awareness.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given priority.
