Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Urbanite Apartments through effective lead generation, client handling, strategic pricing discussions, and successful deal closures. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, walk-ins, property portals, and networking.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads based on budget, need, and buying intent.
- Coordinate with marketing for campaign-driven lead inflow.
2. Client Handling & Conversion Strategies
- Conduct professional presentations of Urbanite Apartments to potential buyers.
- Understand client needs and align offerings accordingly.
- Implement effective follow-up strategies to convert prospects into buyers.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
3. Pricing Strategies
- Clearly explain pricing structures, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
- Assist in positioning the project competitively based on market trends.
- Provide flexible pricing options within company policy to maximize conversions.
- Stay updated on competitor pricing and adjust sales approach accordingly.
4. Deal Structuring
- Customize deals based on client requirements (installments, booking plans, discounts within approval limits).
- Coordinate with management for approvals on special cases or negotiated offers.
- Ensure all financial terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
5. Closing Techniques
- Apply effective closing methods (urgency creation, value reinforcement, limited inventory strategy).
- Address client objections confidently and professionally.
- Convert serious prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Ensure timely closure of deals to meet monthly targets.
6. Negotiation Tactics
- Negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining company profitability.
- Handle objections related to price, location, and competition.
- Use persuasive communication to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Maintain professionalism and transparency throughout negotiations.
7. Sales Operations & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions.
- Assist clients through booking, documentation, and payment processes.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and finance teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to close deals and work under target-driven pressure.
- Knowledge of real estate sales cycle and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in apartment or residential project sales.
- Familiarity with property portals (Zameen, Graana, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
