Sales executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10am to 6 pm

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Bahria Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, and site visits
  • Conduct property viewings and present project details to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain client records
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams for campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may apply)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with Bahria Town Lahore projects is a plus
