Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales & Outreach Executive to support business development in the BPO, call center, and telecom sector. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales within telecom or call center environments and a strong ability to connect with potential clients across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to potential clients including call centers, BPOs, and telecom companies
• Identify and engage decision-makers through professional channels (e.g., email, calls, and networking platforms)
• Present and explain company services, including VoIP solutions, dialer systems, and telecom offerings
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activities using CRM tools
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and support deal closure
• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain professional and effective communication with clients

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in BPO, call center, or telecom industries
• Familiarity with VoIP services, dialer systems (e.g., VICIdial), or telecom solutions
• Understanding of call center operations and international markets is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM systems and outreach tools
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work onsite full-time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing professional network in the BPO or call center industry
• Knowledge of telecom routing or related technologies
• Experience working with international clients
