Sales Executive

Location: Gulberg Greens / Islamabad (On-site or Hybrid)

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000/month + 10% commission on every closed deal

We are a fast-growing Pakistan-based real estate brokerage specializing in Dubai property sales. We help buyers, investors, and overseas Pakistanis secure premium off-plan and ready properties across Dubai — from Downtown and Business Bay to Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Village Circle. Our team combines real on-ground UAE market expertise with a strong remote sales operation.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for confident, persuasive, and target-driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our calling team. You will be the first voice our leads hear — your job is to build rapport fast, understand the client's investment goals, and guide them through the Dubai property buying journey from inquiry to closing.

This is a high-reward role. Dubai real estate deals are high-ticket, and our 10% commission structure means your earning potential is directly in your hands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with leads generated by our marketing team
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their budget, preferences, and investment goals
  • Present and pitch Dubai properties via calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, and email
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads through a structured CRM pipeline
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality
  • Share property brochures, floor plans, and developer offers with clients
  • Guide clients through the purchase process and liaise with our UAE-based contacts for closings
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead conversion targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or real estate (Dubai/UAE market experience is a strong plus)
  • Excellent spoken and written English — you will be speaking with international clients
  • Confident phone presence with strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Self-motivated with a hunger to close deals and earn commissions
  • Knowledge of Dubai developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel) is a bonus
  • Arabic language skills are an added advantage but not required
