Responsibilities

Achieve individual sales, invoice, extended warranty (EW), accessories, and productivity targets.

Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions to meet their requirements.

Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotional offers to customers.

Emphasize cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue generation.

Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Provide demonstrations for products to end-users and resellers as needed.
Customer Service:

Greet customers immediately upon entry and provide a welcoming shopping experience.

Respond promptly and knowledgeably to customer inquiries, resolving issues and offering solutions.

Follow up on customer queries, deliveries, and after-sales services to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach at all times.
Merchandising and Product Maintenance:

Maintain company visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are properly arranged and priced.

Update price changes and promotional tags promptly on the sales floor.

Clean shelves, products, and display areas to meet company cleanliness standards.

Implement and maintain planograms and placards in alignment with company guidelines.

Execute zone recovery plans to ensure the section is tidy and well-organized at the end of the day.
Operational Duties:

Support delivery processes and ensure timely completion of customer deliveries.

Collaborate with Sales Supervisors and Store Managers to develop and execute strategic sales approaches.

Participate fully in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development classes.

Implement "My Area My Responsibility" (MAMR) tasks for assigned sections.

Adhere to corporate guidelines related to inventory, damaged products, and operational processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor degree .

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail sales role.

Strong knowledge of products and services in relevant categories (electronics, home appliances, etc.).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
