As we continue to grow our US Operations team, we are seeking motivated Sales Executives who are eager to build a successful career in a performance-focused environment.

This is not a cold-calling position.

You will interact with warm leads and existing US customers who are already familiar with our products and services. Rather than making unsolicited calls or following rigid scripts, your role will focus on building customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving successful sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm leads and existing US customers through outbound calls
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets consistently
  • Keep customer records updated and accurate within CRM systems
  • Work closely with team leaders to enhance sales performance and conversion rates
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction

Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements

  • Prior experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Call Centers is highly preferred
  • Exceptional fresh candidates with outstanding communication skills are also encouraged to apply

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Must be able to commute to Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi
  • This is a fully on-site position

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly base salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000
  • Uncapped commission structure with unlimited earning potential
  • PKR 3,000 monthly punctuality bonus

Position: Sales Executive – US Campaign
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi
Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site
