SALES & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, generating sales, coordinating ongoing projects, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Handle customer inquiries and provide quotations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate ongoing projects and customer requirements
- Follow up with customers regarding approvals, deliveries, and feedback
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of work
- Track pending jobs and update customers on progress
- Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices
- Maintain daily sales and customer records
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
- Ability to multitask and manage customer relationships
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
