We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Safa Burj Mall.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience of calling in real estate high rise project sales.
- Knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively.
- Meet daily KPI’s including weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to close sales opportunities.
- Can provide feedback to optimise lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Prospect for new clients through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Stay informed about current real estate trends and competition.
- Can participate in corporate events, property expos, and networking sessions.
- Maintain and manage an active database of clients using CRM tools.
- Uphold company values and provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the sales process.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Timing : 10 AM - 6 PM
Location : B17, Site office
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per hour
