Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing customer interactions, and contributing innovative marketing ideas to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive online sales and achieve monthly targets
• Manage customer inquiries professionally across WhatsApp and delivery platforms
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders efficiently
• Develop and implement creative sales and marketing ideas
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (online sales is a strong advantage)
• Experience with delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, and Careem
• Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service and closing skills
• Creative, proactive, and target-driven mindset
• Experience with luxury or premium brands is a plus
