Sales Executive – Advertising & Events

Job Description

Cromex Group is a media, advertising, and events company working with brands across multiple industries in the UAE and the region. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to support our growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling, is comfortable dealing with decision makers, and can represent a creative and strategic agency in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across media, advertising, digital, and events sectors
• Generate leads through cold calls, meetings, referrals, and networking
• Understand client needs and propose services that align with their business objectives
• Prepare and present proposals in coordination with the internal team
• Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle until closing
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and deals
• Support relationship management with existing clients to encourage repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Experience in advertising, media, marketing, events, or related industries is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads at the same time
• Professional appearance and confident presentation skills
• Good command of English. Arabic is a plus
• Based in Dubai-UAE
