About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Sr. Front Sales Executive with hands-on experience in acquiring clients through Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales and expanding our client portfolio across multiple service domains, including:

• Design & Development
• Video Editing Services
• Graphic Design Services

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively bid on projects and generate qualified leads via Upwork.
• Craft customized, persuasive proposals to convert prospects into clients.
• Communicate with leads through messaging, follow-ups, and calls to build strong relationships.
• Maintain and optimize company profiles on Upwork for maximum visibility and credibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Track performance, monitor KPIs, and adjust sales strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience working on Upwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of digital services (Design, Video, or Web Development).
• Ability to write high-converting proposals with a strategic approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working night shifts.
