Sales Executive (Architects & Building Materials)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting our product range, and achieving sales targets within the architecture, interior, and construction industry.

This role involves regular client meetings, product presentations, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients including architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote company products through catalogues, brochures, and samples
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain sales pipeline and client records using CRM or Excel
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, follow-ups, and order processing
• Provide feedback on market trends and client requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of sales/business development experience (preferred in interior, construction, or building materials industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

PKR 60,000 – 90,000 per month + Commission (Performance-based)
