Sales Executive – Auto Trade (Caribbean Market)

Squad International is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Executive for its Auto Trade Division, focused on the Caribbean Market. The candidate must have hands-on experience in international vehicle trading, managing auctions and online platforms, and achieving high sales volume through strong client relationships and market insight.

Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi
Timings: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, importers, and buyers in the Caribbean region.
• Handle vehicle auctions and trading platforms to source and sell vehicles effectively.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and negotiation to deal closure.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand Squad International’s footprint in the auto trade industry.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, shipment, and documentation.
• Keep track of market trends, pricing updates, and competitor movements.
• Prepare and share sales performance reports and projections.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international auto trading or vehicle exports (Caribbean market experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to handle auctions and multiple trading platforms confidently.
• Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and dealer management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-driven, energetic, and capable of working in a target-based environment.
