The Sales Executive at Naxatra Labs is responsible for finding new customers, building relationships, and promoting the company’s EV motors and controllers.
The main goal is to generate business opportunities in the Electric Vehicle (EV) and automotive sectors by researching markets, reaching out to potential clients, and managing the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research:

Identify potential customers, competitors, and new business opportunities in the EV and automotive industry.

  • Lead Generation:

Find and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

  • Client Engagement:

Present Naxatra’s motor and powertrain solutions to clients and explain how they can benefit their vehicles or systems.

  • Sales Process Management:

Support the end-to-end sales cycle — from first contact to closing the deal.

  • CRM & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and opportunities in CRM tools like Zoho CRM.

  • Market Intelligence:

Prepare internal reports on EV market trends and competitor analysis to support company strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
