Sales Executive - Automotive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving vehicle sales and achieving assigned targets. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers through the complete sales journey from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their requirements to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance details confidently and accurately.
• Present Ali & Sons services at the point of sale, including car registration, insurance, and after-sales services.
• Suggest and promote optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Head of Used Cars.
• Compute and quote sales prices, discounts, and financing options.
• Advise customers on current and upcoming vehicle models and availability.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper.
• Liaise with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for registration and insurance processing.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential customers to close sales opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within an automotive/car sales environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
• Strong understanding of vehicle financing and sales processes is an advantage.
